Our master craftsmen are some of the most gifted and respected in the industry. All our pieces are bench-made--from the frame construction to the hand-tufting--it's all in the details.  The result is firm, comfortable support that will last for years.

Selected kiln-dried hardwood frames are used.  High-carbon steel springs, the highest quality available, offer unmatched support and resilience.  Corners are mitered, double doweled and reinforced with corner blocks which screw into place.

We use fire retardant 2.5 to 2.8 density foam which is made from soya bean oil (which replaces traditional fossil fuel materials).
